Actually, it wasn't for some reason. I have the "old" PDF file which was downloaded just a few hours before that comment was made. Take international times into consideration.
I did see. But the comment above was made on PubPeer at: September 28th, 2015 9:15am UTC. So after it was already updated.
After a contact to Dr. Barbour, the COI statement was updated on September 27, 2015. Observe the date carefully in the PDF you show. Until September 26, the COI statement had been outdated by 3 years.
